You all are the ones yourselves that make it a he-l hole. Especially the union "brothers" . IBEW 1212 especially - so bad that they never have anyone in labor day parade outside of the leadership.. so bad that you go to their FB page & there's just a handful of responses on posts - out of hundreds of members. Seniority chain treats each person in succession like garbage. Guys could be hired Monday and treat the guy hired Tuesday like cr-p for their entire career together, even if the Tuesday hire is the better worker. Keep that low bar brothers - anybody who rocks the boat giving any extra effort is ostracised even though it's purely pride in their work, not trying to make others look bad. This job giving me better pay , good benefits and nice work life balance. Of late stability is not there due to layoffs n change happening at org level .
