As if all of us aren’t worked and micromanaged to the bone as it is, here comes fleet introducing AI to watch our every move while we’re driving. We all knew it was coming eventually, but it’s still disappointing to see come to fruition. 😔

Are you really that inept that you cannot find your way with GPS. I heard the cameras are just going to be facing in front of and behind you and I’ll bet it will give them a good break on their auto insurance.
Cant afford any technical training, but company can afford this. If you think that the company cares about its employees, keep lying to yourself.

Right, so can’t use phone while driving. FULL STOP!
So we’re back to writing down address and then using printed paper maps to find customer locations and cross boxes.. so go on line a purchase a metro city map for where ever you are..
Personal suggestion is to put the phone somewhere completely out of reach when moving/operating the vehicle.
Put it in a Back bin if your in a van, side bin if you in a truck.. make sure you’ve a proper greeting for your VM.. let the customer the business office your boss, stew over the fact that your not taking their calls, and if they don’t leave a VM don’t call them back!!

This union going to fight this? It violates the electronic data gathering letter of agreement. It can only be used for discipline if you've committed fraud.
