Shut up and learn Client Central that'll get you to the Moon.
It is so disappointing you are still saying “poor me, I can’t believe they give me a whole day to invest in myself when I would rather just work”. Seriously, if you can’t see the gift in this time, please find another job.
The idea that one day is material in professional development, or that all teams can break at the same time, is foolish. And just as foolish is the construct that the company actually cares about development.
If they did, we'd have a training budget. Travel budget. Employees would be trusted to work from home as they were when it benefited the company. We'd promote from within. We wouldn't constructively discharge hundreds and lay off thousands.
It's like a Dallas sunset. The pretty ones are orange and stunning. They make you think things are great. But it's superficial and ignores that pollution and dust made the sunset.
I tried the “see a post, don’t agree, scroll on” approach but just keep coming back. It is so disappointing you are still saying “poor me, I can’t believe they give me a whole day to invest in myself when I would rather just work”. Seriously, if you can’t see the gift in this time, please find another job. I guarantee you that working on your professional development ant another company is all on your own time. And while there have been so many changes, you are not the only dealing with them. Get over yourself and if you don’t like pro day, then just keep working. Pathetic
Clown Day. Just another day in paradise.
Communication has never been a strong suit at Schwab. #embarassing
I hope for the next Pro Day they can send MORE reminder emails and Teams messages because getting one new message an hour isnt distracting at all.....wtf!?!?
You broke the code!
Each clown hall, gift card and so on has nothing to do with you.
