they are focused on bringing in contracts and increasing competition. meanwhile we are still stuck on bureaucracy and "engagement". the c-suite musical chairs is turning this company into a joke.

I doubt it, go read about them, probably run a pretty tight ship unlike these limp men and women running this place. The people that run it are pretty impressive folks, Turkish immigrants.
That is probably why they got selected. Sentiment analysis is pretty common, why trust a company that appears to be reorganizing. The real irony is SNC is fast.forward. that is why they got the contract, believe they already started working on it before it began.
