Do you guys know what the numbers look like for pluto teams? Product, Engineering, STE, etc?

Did anyone notice that, the folks who sc--wed you over, got promotions?
Does anyone know about the Tech department restructuring? All I know is that is going to be completed by October 7th.

FTEs will be notified within 1-2 weeks. We have lost a lot of great contractors, so I'm hopeful that the FTEs fired are the useless and butt-kissers.

The "1 or 2 people per team" thing was a minimum. The statement was that it COULD be 1 or 2 people per team. It could also be more.
The decision regarding FTEs will be announced in 1 - 2 weeks.
One or two members is not 50 percent so that seems good .. what division within Pluto or was that Pluto as a part of streaming ..
We were just notified that each Pluto team will be affected by the departure of one or two members and that many teams will be merged.
Pluto is one of the profitable business units within Paramount.
The Pluto TV Scrum teams are 75% contractors. If all were to be cut, Pluto would get jack and squat done.
Of the three CEOs, Chris oversees streaming as a whole.

if TR is out, please God do not let Chris McCarthy get streaming. He is the definition of failing up. How is he still here?

One has to ask - is Pluto really a profitable platform? Talking about unverifiable billions in profits can’t really support full-time salaries and contractors. Are the chickens coming home to roost? Time will tell.
If contractors are really getting axed, there isn't enough FTE to take care of the platform.
