And it will just get worse from here. How are you dealing with stress these days?

Take a look at your vacation time left and USE it
Focus on controlling what you can, brush up the resume and try to network
Mostly, take care of yourself mentally and physically
Try to stay off this site, I'm not supposed to be here right now. This site and reddit are just horrible bastions of negativity for my mental health.
Stay sober, eat and sleep right, try to take care of your mental health as much as you can.
Polish the resume, make sure you gather all the work you did for Paramount and get it nicely organized. Soon I'll try to hire a coach/service to perfect my resume(s), then I'm going to start a real job search, applying to a handful of jobs each day until I get actually fired so that when I'm canned, I won't be starting the job search from nothing. I'm also finishing up the last two frontiers of my autodidactism: programming and adobe illustrator. Those are the last two skills I want to build a foundation in on Viacom's dollar before they kick me to the curb, and I'm about 20-40 hours of work from hitting those goals.
This is a really hard time. I didn't save enough money in my 6 years at paramount, in fact I have essentially nothing. I've been kind of trapped in golden handcuffs at paramount, I started when I was really young, right out of high school. I'm an anxious mess, but also I know in my heart of hearts that finally getting fired by Paramount will be good for me. It has to happen eventually, so let's get it over with.
Reading my bible.
