Any reason why higher ups are scheduling sit a longs with CRA 1’s and 2’s??

Hello, I'm in casualty . Not on the totem pole whatsoever but I heard the reason for this was to better understand their workflow so they can develop a better work load for them. Understand what they struggle with/ what they can do better as they further develop the position since it's so new.
Tell them to fook off and sit with someone else.
I have no clue what CRA is so my guess is that we really don’t need them.

Why don’t they go sit with FNOL in South Africa and check out how it’s going. What a joke they are. Talk about NEEDS. These offshore chicken chasers are not well formed or well educated enough to do the job of exceptional customer service that Allstate so proudly boasts they have. They don’t have it. Another Allstate hyped up line of bs. Management doesn’t need to “sit” with anyone. They need to just listen to a recorded call. That will tell them all they need to know.
