For the last person who posted, you could not be more wrong. If this Skydance deal fails, the company is going to fail.
If only the Skydance stuff would fail, it would likely be better. Skydance will likely reduce all heads and just keep the IP.
I agree with the other poster that Skydance will happen. It's the more logical choice. They very well could be allowing the formality of the Bronfman offer for the beneficial publicity of actually entertaining other offers.
