obviously because of those pesky hybrid workers...

i dont work for L3H, but I enjoy reading the gossip. I work for another top tier defense contractor, and I can say at least in my location, they care ALOT about the employees. They do things to keep moral high, and are always asking if you feel good, safe, etc about your job. Sure there is the bureaucracy of things, you can frustrated...but, its a wonderful place to work, at least I think.
SO there are companies that are still good places. Just need to find them, fit in, and do the job they ask you to do. Then retire and forget about all this cr-p...
The company lays people off and then asks the remaining people to work 12 hour days, 7 days a week for 8 months? So if they needed the help, why lay people off? No wonder they lost the contract. This place is run by

IMS leadership conference call with Waco today. Leadership admitted that they didn't even want Hades contract anyway. They talked all year how bad they wanted it and now they don't want it. Sore losers. Should have a better bid team.
When is L3H Waco going to start their Estate sale?
The director of Business Developement needs to be fired. We continually lose business. I have been a part of contract bidding and it is absolutely ridiculous what the BD team does to a bid. All of them fired please!
Keep that DOI charge number handy.
High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES) program
“A couple years ago, we made a critical decision to really invest and put skin in the game in terms of this program, and to buy completely, 100 percent into the Army’s vision of what they wanted to achieve. And that alignment ultimately led to where we are today with the award of HADES,” Tim Owings, SNC executive vice president for the company’s mission solutions and technologies division, told Breaking Defense in an interview today. “So we couldn’t be happier with the decision, and we believe the Army made a great choice.”
Teflon David will be the last one out to turn off the lights.
SNC is a real contender, while L3h is circling the bowl....
Would be a good place to apply to before the next RIF happens, or take the gamble and get your severance then try to get in
I love it when people say "the company doesn't care about us" no sh-t, they aren't supposed too! Who's been filling your head with these notions? They pay you to do a job not to make you feel good! For Christ's sake, what about my work life balance? God
I want to pu-e! Go to work and grind and good things will happen or bad things will happen, that's life! You make it happen don't rely on an employer make it happen for you! The delusion and softness are real in here!
Which location lost Hades? You know, maybe we should be back in the office.
You give up your life for months just to hear that we lost the contract. No work life balance just work, work, work while our families suffer. Thats all these managers think about. At least they could come to the floor and tell us in person but all we got was an email. They don't give a cr-p about us.
Looks like another RIF lurking on the horizon.
I think they were more than shocked that we didn't get it after delivering the other one this week.
We lost the hades? No surprise there. Waco managers guaranteed we had the contract. They told us by working all those 12 hour days, 7 days a week for 8 months we would win.
Disrupted yet again.
