Accenture is subpar and they are no where near cheap. They are just the paid fall guys for when everything senior management decides goes bad and they need to collect their golden parachutes and leave the mess for the next executive of 3 years to collect more of the same.

AIG and Corebridge are toxic places to work. Get out as soon as you can or if they if fire with you package take and leave it. There are other places were you will be treated in a better way. Useless management from other companies joining this company is another cause. People who have destroyed MetLife are coming in herds everyday to take these two companies into toilet and flush it like a stool cleaned bath room tissue.
Yes, Accenture staff are generally subpar, but they are very cheap, which is why the work has gone out there. Senior management care not about whether the work is done adequately, only that it is cheap.
Honestly, Accenture folks are subpar. Not to be mean but after years they are still unable to keep up with the demands. They have their fair share of turnover, so just relying on consultants is not sustainable.
I can’t tell what’s going to happen part of me thinks that once this Accenture training is finished their gonna see how go their doing and lay us last two UAs in our divisions off. The other part of me wants to believe that they’ve laid off enough people to keep us simply because they laid off so many people plus so many people quit. Honestly a waiting game at this point.
I don't think there is anyone left to fire, the Company is barely hanging there with all the vacancies and people leaving everyday
It’s AIG! There will ALWAYS be talk about layoffs until the company can figure out who and what they want to be. I don’t think that will happen anytime soon. It’s been constant turmoil since 2008.
Any time before the end of the year?
