Taking VRP and I’m gone. Thankfully, Pepsico hasn’t been my career option, just something to bridge the gap towards retirement after I was laid off from my previous job due to age. I sorted out my finances on time, and I can happily depart this hellhole. As a veteran of many corporations, advice for everybody: DON’T work at Pepsico unless you absolutely have no other choice, and if you must, always look for other options.
