Customer Service Dept was told this past week shift changes will start sept 1st, no more Saturday overtime for U.S. workers only for Mexico reps. U. S. CSC reps will now get rotating day off in the week if they work a Saturday. Mexico also getting two more teams by Nov. 1st which will give them more teams than the U. S. Reps. We’ve been sold out. Ford hates the U.S. Employees.

As an investor in Ford, glad to see the money being saved. Based on the comments on here, it’s not like US employees are delivering quality service anyway.
