Stock price rising doesn't benefit the ordinary employees except those LTI eligible. Therefore let those people handle the stress, while ordinary employees just quiet quit. Those high levels are paid well anyway.

there are a few whispers in C-Suite that the plan is to build a dynamic future and service dinners and other past benefits that were lifted pre-covid will indeed be started again, BB has a plan and it starts with the production departments, getting rid of middle management will streamline bodies and pushing on through with the R.T.O might annoy a lot but this is the new way forward
3M is not a Christmas kitchen for homeless people. Service dinners et al are things of the past. It’s time to work to get the share price soaring again. That’s a win win for all involved.
