Imagine working for a company that makes you constantly worry if you are being laid-off. I WAS an employee and heard about this most recent "layoff" rumor. I can assure you, there's better places to work that will appreciate you. Ask yourself this, would you stay in a relationship that threatened divorce...doubt it! Acknowledge your worth and leave while you can. Shame on PepsiCo!
