WTW is building software (part of transformation) to make it easier for teams in India and the Philippines to do the work of onshore people. I heard this from someone I know in technology. Many parts of the business refuse to replace people with US resources. The work environment has become absolutely toxic and cut throat. Management is disconnected and a mess. I've been here for 15 years on the west coast and have never seen it like this. Carl Hess has been a disaster and it's obvious his strategy is to outsource as many jobs as possible to make it appear that our profits are high.

They are eliminating roles and offshoring those roles more and more in every department.
