I'm happy that I am no longer part of this organization. Working for PepsiCo is extremely toxic. The higher ups and their counterparts pretend they care, but they don't. It's an organization with a bunch of "mean girls/gals". Another layoff...what else is new. It's disgusting. Life after PepsiCo feels ohhhh so good. I promise!

So I hear. I am very close to retirement due to my age and wish these sl--e ba--s would give me a package now. One more year here I fear will do too much irreversible harm to myself both physically and psychologically. Nearly 50 years in the US labor market and this behemoth of misery takes the prize for least ethical, most stressful, cheapest employer of any size I’ve ever worked for. Maybe years from now a documentary will be made or a university study conducted about this sorry organization and shown as an example of why employees run from toxic workplaces such as PepsiCo. It’s so bad here now - rather than wait a year - I am actively seeking another job to bridge the gap. No one on their mid 60s should have to do this after a lifetime of work but this horrid organization puts its workers in positions such as mine.
