I have often wondered that until I visited Bangalore for a project and stayed an extra two weeks for vacation.
In short, they have DEI on steroids.
Every conceivable minority (including people such as musslims who numbered in the hundreds of millions) get jobs quotas set aside for them.
So you can have 10 candidates with the best merit but only a few might get hired because of quotas.
Ok why are we bashing Indians here, I think this applies to many nationalities where US is outsourcing jobs too. Like Brazil and may latinos nations.
Only an Indian Tamil jerk off would fail to understand the message because the knowledge of English for such people is from the gutter.
