Off-shoring jobs to cover up the cost of incompetency

The title says it all. After this week, with the botched rollout out of Gainwell Now, multiple self-inflicted incidents throughout multiple accounts. People acting as if they're summer interns or fresh out of college.

ITIL is just a acronym they use. They might as well just say they are FUBAR compliant.

Let's design for single point of failures and let those who haven't got a clue, play house. Then when things go south, watch upper management try to blame everyone but themselves for the direction of how things are not working out.

For now they have to keep a percentage of the U.S. based workforce, to give those certain contracts that require it, the illusion that they are being serviced by individuals living within the continental U.S or on U.S. soil.

Afterwards our Accenture buddies will move on to another company and do the same thing. That is, assist in ruining the U.S. economy by a few more percentage points, while increasing their bank accounts.

It's almost like being in a abusive relationship. Where they tell you want they think you want to hear in between the punches and head slams.

My prediction is Veritas will replace 99% of US workforce with India market resources and after that is done will offload the Gainwell portfolio cheap in about 2 years.
