Any ex-Cisco folk from Australia here been LRed in recent times?
Curious what package you received?
I’ve not been LRed. Might put up my hand in the near future though (unsure if that’s even possible).

Package is based upon years of service and different depending on your role (eg sales comp plan/variable comp plan or non sales). You can ask the P&C rep the details in the first 1:1 your manager sets up if you want. Full details should be emailed after the second meeting where they confirm your position has been impacted. LR is based upon business requirements for your role, so it is unlikely you will be able to put your hand up.
