Finally the incompetent JD is out. Unfortunately the useless J2 gets networking. Very typical of Chucky boy to promote based on politics instead of performance. J2 has no real accomplishment and no real contribution to Cisco. He is so full of it.

Hmmm, my response was deleted. No names, no swearing, no racism. Just wondering why CEO lets these execs build enormous empires before sacking them? They seem to reward failure with giving them ever-more responsibility - until their failures are too overwhelming to be ignored.
Two very recent examples, where lower execs became EVPs before being terminated.
J2 is only concerned with which designer he is going to wear for his next keynote speech
Personally, I preferred R2D2.

J2 is Chuckie's office clown. When Chuckie needs someone to stroke his ego, who does it call? The office clown or one of the she-its seem to always deliver the beat and babble sounding like they have all the answers. JD was not necessary the office clown which may be why J2 slid in to stroke Chuckie's ego.
