Constant chaos
"Consultant will be brought in help facilitate restructure."
As if it wasn't the last ten or more years of paying consultants to make these organizational directions and decisions that got us in this mess.
VSls, Platform leaders currently all report to different VPs. Conflicting focus and lack of teamwork between the leaders. Confrontational approach creates lack of teamwork. Over focus on portfolio sync and pet projects of VSls instead of the Corp goals. Consultant will be brought in help facilitate restructure.
