I know they can't say anything, but when they want us to give 2 weeks notice, it would be the right thing to at least hint that you should start looking elsewhere.

Again targets were not form CM they were from whatever pepboy is over your area. CM would have given streaming the target and Cheeks to Technology. Yes SVPs are aware of who is getting cut but as you pointed out the EVP will make the final decisions.
Some SVP’s have worked on scenario planning to produce the lists. However, they might not having seen the final list for their area as EVPs and above will have make changes to balance to their targets from CM.
