And now we get to enjoy another big LR which will be conducted without strategy, without a single thought about efficiency, with many competent people losing livelihoods while Cisco will not come out better for it. I’m a silly optimist, always hoping that someone in leadership will do something smart and worthy of respect. They always prove me wrong.

People underestimate the impact of layoffs. I know of not a single lucky soul over 50 who got a job post layoff from IT.
At this point if they lay me off I’ll be happy!

I hope they will LR me and I can get off this carousel and out of this vile and pathetic company with a package. I was once so proud of Cisco and to work here. I felt I was part of something big and my ideas and opinions mattered. These days employees are vermin to the ELT.
