Assuming Gary is smarter than Chuck which is not saying much, narcissists like Chuck do not allow smart people reporting to them as we already know that from the rest of ELT

Scott even had to admit that restructuring is how Cisco always adjusts to changing market conditions and implied this will be ongoing which is no surprise to anyone that follows Cisco
