Sounds like the TBD PTO is going for another few weeks
She’s still alive. She is just limiting her social media presence so only other rich and beautiful people can see her jet setting. Lavish trips, exclusive parties etc. she’s still renting her title and owning her celebrity, we’re just seeing less and less of it.
The EC is just as incompetent as the CEO. Here is the list of the stars on the EC team:
- Diddy's former CFO
- CMO of Men's Pants
- Digital Product Manager of tax software
- Jedi Master from AMEX
- Former political appointee (Obama) to lead transformation
How much money do this group pay consulting companies and agencies to come up with their strategy?

Why would she leave? She is not held accountable, she can spend as freely as she wants, the marketing team is basically her PR team, her personal agenda is now integrated into TIAA's priorities and she doesn't have to worry about badge swipes.
What area is AC from? How do they add value to TIAA?
Not sure how T is cutting costs while spending an ungodly amount on travel/personal expenses alone + her self-serving projects that promote herself and not the company. T-barbie has some nerve advising an upcoming generation about what isn't a flex while she models herself as a false prophet via the Kardashian useless-to-the-world version of success. This company used to stand for something great. Congratulations to Narcissist T, the Board and AC on carelessly trashing every good action and feeling from hard-working , devoted participant-employees. Of course they want new, fresh, uninformed lackeys to worship their self-aggrandizing "wisdom."
Such nonsense on this page... she reupped for another 3 years? Did she do this while on the company jet to Paris? Such haters on the page just make up nonsense.
She's gone as soon as she finds a bigger job. The Board has no one to replace her with now that Jose bounced. So T might be here 13 years like Roger. She might be great at cutting costs, but when you have no additional revenue to show for it, you ain't impressing any Fortune 50 companies boards.

This answers why the Board is quiet as T is doing what they want.
There seems to be a misunderstanding on her job right now. The board is happy with what she is doing. Her biggest priority and it said so I believe in why they renewed her contract is cost cutting, which she is doing an outstanding job at.
That is assuming you ignore the whole getting rid of everyone who knows how the business units are run. Ki-ling all employee motivation, ki-ling hiring because everyone could get fired at any moment. But on cost cutting she is knocking it out of the park.
She is running it like a public company for short term not long term gains, this all works until it doesn’t. The question is are we a few months out from this not working or a few years. My view is that when Denver closes is when there will start being issues, since you’re losing a bunch of tenure.
She signed on for another 3 yrs earlier this year, so she’s here til at least spring 2027 (unless she breaks contract or the board fires her before then).
Our transformation is happening through 2027 so probably at least until then. But who really knows.
A lot of people seem to think she’ll jump ship soon but as the article states, T loves her money, and who is offering her more than $18M a year and free month long vacations. Would you go anywhere if you had that?
Where ever the he-l she is, how hard it is to send an email to Denver and Jacksonville folks.
When TIAA is taken over by the NYDFS because it is insolvent
why would she leave. she is getting paid $18M to party with the stars.
Just check her IG. maybe we can figure out where she headed next. Are they still doing the end of summer bash at Martha's Vineyard? Or are they doing it in south of France this year. I heard there a lot of under served people that go to south of France this time of year.
Do we know whether she is still alive? I don’t wish anything bad upon her but it’s a serious question
