Look everyone, the auto industry is not in good shapes due to decisions made by the people who make the decisions.
What do you expect, a change in leadership? Its not their fault, they just need more time so the least we can do is go away so they can get some cheaper labor in other regions.
EV is the future, we just need the public to su-k it up and get on board with lowering their expectations. The shareholders are counting on all of us.

In our department I learned 25% will be cut by October. We were told to apply any and all job postings.
Please, please, please spare one of these fine folks and cut me. Yep, I'm ready to go, but like most everyone else in my situation, its easy to just hang around, do my job, save more money, all the while waiting and hoping for an offer to leave or to get SIRP'd.
Heard from a Ford director ~10% will be cut across the board by Oct 2024. Good luck

I would warn against any reductions in Model e. A company cannot have a viable future if the organization that develops its future is not functioning at full strength.
