Hard to remember when service was considered the cream of the crop!
Service managers are now spending their entire day moving calls around to try to make the sh!t show work.
XDX has a long history of of delivering stuff that doesn’t meet spec or doesn’t work at all.
I was wondering how long it would take for this topic to hit the page.

Agreed. This has been a debacle so far. They claim to have run a pilot program in some areas before deploying it.
I think its one of those 'we've put too much time into this to not launch it' deals. Reminds me of the solid wax ColorQube program.
The constant rollout of new ways to squeeze out one more service call when all you have to do is keep a tech in their area and give help when needed.
This will shave off more customers in the end as it always does.
