Thread regarding Avaya layoffs

Experiences matters

I think in the last 2 years a lot of transformation has occurred, while we have been transforming for last 22 years i think last 2 years we just nailed it!!! Now we are set to again rise to the top and provide CX and EX. Our metaverse integrations are the future of work and WebLM powered by blockchain is something everyone is anticipating. And i have heard that we will soon launch AGI, apparently all those CM boxes that 99% Fortune 500 use until this day will allow them to run amazing AI and innovate without disruption…..or innovation at Avaya Speed!

Maybe... maybe not.
Anyone remember the 'I believe' video from the Nortel Ottawa team'? Brought a tear to my eye...

They all got fired shortly afterward.

Yes, Experiences do matter, especially the experiences the investors, employees, and customers have endured over the last two years. The truth of all these terrible experiences will be Alan Masarek's real legacy, nothing will change that. No amount of Avaya success will change this truth. The above post smells like Alan.
