Hello all, I am 6 years with the company now. The first year and a half were great. Then I was moved to a role to partner with S&T product and data teams on digital products. It’s been he-l ever since. I am seeking areas that operate independently of S&T teams as their involvement has consistently been associated with disorder and inefficiencies everywhere including planning, execution, AOP, financials and overall management. If you have ideas on areas within the organization that do not have S&T involvement, where I can focus on driving progress and achieving objectives without the added complexity, challenges and turmoil that S&T typically brings, please add to this thread.

There are hardly any S&T free zones. With the consolidation of IT into S&T, good luck finding any team that is doing development and is not S&T. Sad to state but it is the beginning of a death spiral. If only Athina had focused on improving PepsiCo’s market share instead of her own share of market…

I see plenty of machines bring things I used to think only people could do.
Pretty sure that doesn't exist anymore. S&T are pushing their projects down everyone's throats with stories full of delusions, across just about every function. The only way to stop it is for the company to completely implode.
Even if you find it, the team will one day be assimilated into S&T

It's automated, yes, but someone has to bring the potatos/water/flavour ;-)
Same, 14 years, accidentally got caught as prisioner in Athina's Napoleonic Wars.
I cant wait to break free and be back to the BU, the functions, or anywhere else away from that mismanaged dumpster fire.
