Thread regarding Belk layoffs

Have there been any stores added to this list?

1st Belk store from the list is closing!

Belk Vernon park mall kinston is still open. The entire mall has been closed for atleast 10 or more years, it totally abandoned except for belks. I don’t understand why Belk’s would want their stores in dead and dying malls. It’s a safety and security hazard and tarnishing Belk’s image.

Thank you to the people that post what's going on since Belk/Sycamore does not have the decency to.

A few of those stores use to be profitable.....very profitable

An the community was very loyal to Belk ( now stores are not even part of the chamber of commerce) that's a big deal in those smaller markets
