Gainwell Technologies has a monthly process to add names to a Workforce reduction list. Usually, it's based on subpar applications that advise that they are "overstaffed" in certain positions. They are also based on very lose and subjective plans to reduce headcount in a "cost savings" plan directed by their CX executive. After these reductions they find themselves understaffed, rehire, and repeat. The most shocking, is those that are whistle blowers, speak up, file complaints and or speak truths about the poor unethical choices the executives make, find themselves on these lists and are also illegally laid off. The company has repeatedly broken their own internal process that a position cannot be reposted or refilled after a WFR. Yet in some situations your replacement is hired prior to your lay off or within days of it.

How ironic. We have a U.S. based company providing a service to states within the U.S. While at the same time, laying off U.S. citizens in favor of individuals who's sovereignty is to foreign nation(s) Basically taking state money and sending it overseas.

Gainwell certainly doesn't invest in their U.S. based technical resources. Genius is a joke and solely for non-technical resources and administrators. Same goes for Gainwell University.

But if you're sending all the technical positions and resources overseas, do you really need repositories or knowledge base systems designed for the technical side. Or provide any decent training outside of what HR sends to us.

At this point, Gainwell is in money grab mode. They will keep performing poorly due to bad management and reduce variable costs through off-shoring of jobs and resources until they can offload the company.

I'm poor, but I'll will gladly buy every executive and manger that came from Accenture a one-way ticket to India. So they can be with the people and country they truly cherish.

Look at the job postings and locations. Then you know when it is your time. Yes the direction is to move positions not touching PHI off shore. HUGE push to off shore. Which they ironically like to call "best" shore. This is all the VP's know how to do. They
will do it and move on. Know this - if you aren't protected by strong contractual onshore language, PHI direct work, named in the contract or a higher up that looks out for you. They will TRY to come for your job to move it out of the US. We shall see how successful they are at flipping these government contracts to go off shore. They have presentations they give to the clients to show how "successful" it is to use these cheaper resources. Don't you just love that our tax dollars pay for this sh*t?

The more people that go on unemployment the higher the percentage of payroll tax GW is going to pay. Provided GW doesn't fight the claims.
