Insane that this he/him took our company to the cleaners, filled up his bank account, helped his friends and promoted people who he get along with. Not results. If he felt threatened by another man, he let that person go.
All the top smart ones are gone. His GLT emulates his behavior. Anyone who is threatening will be pushed out. The fact that Cheryl is still around and keeps getting more responsibilities speaks volumes about his and Darcys leadership.
Why hasn't the board paid attention to all his nonsense. Sad to see our company's downfall.
How many would actually know he left? He operates virtually and rarely interacts. Just how he likes it.
Good riddance if true. The guy has wanted out for a long time and hasn’t done anything to change the culture in a real way. He doesn’t deserve anything imo.
