Starting Friday. The co has decided dispatch will no longer assist managing company misses. That means they wont read notes either for jobs sent back when co miss should have been used. Rescheduling is relying on customers to reschedule themselves using automation. Or customers have to figure out themselves they have been missed and must call in to reschedule their ticket to next available. Probably deal with alot of upset customers. This is an upper management decision. Dispatch doesn't make any business process decisions.

“The beginning of the big Rif”. You have a lot of high senior fiber splicers ready to retire. If the ISPP day does come, you should see who and what places have techs with E-VSPP’s in place. The trades will happen fast, so plan accordingly.
