They are McKinsey consultants
Probably a result of people leaving….their reports shift upwards. So maybe the execs who have recently left had a few. Or maybe their underlings did and they got shifted up several levels. At one point I “reported” (even though I was a new 14) to the cto because two levels of my bosses retired nearly simultaneously.
