It doesn’t seem anybody cares that we are dilapidated, falling apart and definitely not attractive. If I was a customer, I would give us a wide berth. Cutting costs to the point that you’re not capable of creating at least a semblance of decent business is not the way to go. How soon until we are not able to manage basics? It seems to me we’re already there.

Our store is like a ghost town yet we are still pushed to get those high metrics. It's really disturbing.
