Y'all missing the big picture. The ELT doesn't care about Cisco's future. They're in to milk it dry while making millions. Think about it. They'll all be set for life the day Cisco rests in peace. And they'll get hired somewhere else by some other clueless friend.

Stick to being a center resource and a former employee. Critical thinking isn't a strong trait. It is a huge issue.
