The new hires are Mark’s buddies who are VP’s and make high salaries. Come on board - cut staff - collect bonuses and then the whole lot move on to other companies. That is the corp game folks always has been

People don’t do their research on companies when taking a job. Look at @New Hire. Huge mistake for anyone to take a job at Gainwell Technologies. But somehow people keep coming on board. They see all the fake awards that Gainwell has bought. They hear they are involved with 49 states. But no real research into the poor leaders and poor culture and constant layoffs. It’s too bad really because of people did their research Gainwell wouldn’t be able to hire anyone.
Recent hires in upper management.....Why would anyone take a position here knowing there is constant layoffs. Boggles the mind.
It’s not just underperforming people. Look at the job postings and which positions are located in India~ Developers BA’s ~ I see cuts for Aug and Dec in the planning files. There is enormous pressure to convince clients to off shore positions that don’t touch PHI. ( I’d love to off shore the sh*t load of VP’s from Accenture that continue to come on with no improvement ideas besides off shoring) Also BPO people who are currently monitored by Verint where the reporting activity is showing as low are being let go and NOT being told it is related to the tracking to avoid lawsuits. Ask questions if you are reduced and don’t immediately agree to severance - if you can afford to discuss w a lawyer do so. Good luck folks
