I’m prevented from actual work by mgmt. If I were a boss, I would never let these people manage even a small chicken coop. They have no clue about the skills and potential of people in teams, and work distribution is apparently something akin to quantum physics. Amount of downtime which is a byproduct of their incompetence is incredible. I’m honestly tired of not working.
