Hy-Vee Bonus program is the biggest pyramid scheme out there, I can't believe people still fall for this companies propaganda, all employees need to band together and stand up for ourselves. Directors get a third of what's put on the bottom line, and then they throw crumbs to the other employees, what a great company lol..
Just got my bonus check. It was 7,600 dollars after taxes. I sure do love not working for Hy-Vee anymore. I make 3 times my wage that I was making at Hy-Vee and I still get bonuses. FYI I was store operation manager.
