Is anyone else shocked by the personal things people post on this internal “SafeSpace”? Do people realize there are over 1500 Cisco employees on this space that can see their posts? Managers can see their direct report’s personal issues, and direct reports can learn about their manager’s personal issues.

Do you think corporate america attracts mentally stable people? The corporate environment is intended to filter out stable people with empathy. Now lets layoff a few families and rehire the jobs without retirement or health benefits
SafeSpace is a TrapSpace where HR can know lot of insights on people without creating extra tools and surveys.
