I’m curious to know if any of Athina’s ideas have yielded positive results. From my observation, many of her initiatives appear to be struggling or have not yet achieved their intended impact. I'd appreciate a candid assessment.

@6zjl+1trtJYbd Unfortunately, this company leadership starting with Indra. There has been no one who is sincere. She had her country folks in mind to enrich and offshore to. That was her primary and only goal. She appointed Dixon who was completely incompetent and squandered over 800mil for SAP ECC which was a total failure over a period of 8 years. We then get Jody, who had nothing to provide just tow the acceleration to 'Made in India' policy. Ramon, Seth etc... all the same... With Athina,, she took the titanic to the iceberg. No skills, lies and fake narratives.
Ramon - if you wanted this company to grow and focus on being no 1, you should have engaged with the folks on the ground and empowered them with a voice. We know the realities and had all the passion. But systematic culling and decimation to cut costs etc. Did you ever consider how we could have improved the business further vs seeing us as a cost? But did Ramon or Indra think offshoring would work? It takes 5-8 indians to do task of 1 person. Over bloated red tape and indian culture is now destroying this company and Athina takes it to another level with her 'AI' when the best we have is an ancient bloatware called SAP... wake up..... stop lying.
I am utterly heartbroken to see the company I've devoted 24 years of my life to, with all its cherished memories and achievements, now being dismantled and taken down the drain by Athina’s inept leadership. I can only hope that Ramon intervenes soon to stop the bleeding and get rid off of her, but that feels like a distant dream
@5stl+1trtJYbd: That reflects poorly on who hired her. If it were anyone else other than PEC leadership who weren’t delivering, they would have been laid off by now. I guess some are privileged in their ivory towers
And when is US government going to mandate American job protection on foreign executives for company like Pepsico? If company needs US customers for revenue, you have to pay to US employees. Offshoring jobs and taxes are not the right and fair method.
Never understood waste of money at Pepsico. if you simply save that waste created by the leaders, you can assure so many jobs to people. Many of their projects with millions lost and no impact to those leaders. Amazing place.
She has a vision?
She’s stolen other peoples pre-existing ideas and has labeled them as S&T wins, it’s disgusting.
There are several functions Marketing, Finance, R&D and several others that don’t fall under S&T today. When they do come under S&T, she’ll have realized her land grabbing goal
- Purged the company of talented professionals who knew what they were doing
- Assembled a team of under-performers
- Rewarded sycophants with promotions
- Successfully converted the organization into a dysfunctional looney bin
Congratulations, her vision has been realized
Her dreams of attrition and layoffs probably have.
