Thread regarding AIG (American Intl Group Inc.) layoffs

Aftermath is badly managed, workload is huge

I don’t know what your experience is, but I assume it's similar. My team was gutted, and now we have been pressured to do an unmanageable amount of work. We’re trying to resist, but there are always people who are cozying up with managers, and are willing to sc--w it up for the whole team. Needless to say, those people never end up doing the actual work. How’re you dealing with this?

Know exactly what you’re saying! I have one beauty on my team and I swear does the least and gets compliments like one has to compliment their 5 year old’s drawing. The same beauty’s doing the most complaining now and still now work or effort.

Just do what you can!! And don’t work longer hour’s especially if you’re remote because if you get the work done they will not hire more staff. I was guilty of doing that.
