This organization is in a mess. So many turn over from the high executive levels
Logistics organization is so sc--wed up with self inflicted issues( Project North). It may have not been his decision to leave
Those external hired SVP are starting to give Tireman the middle finger. Previously sourcing chief...now logistics chief....who will be next?
Bye Pete!!
Fireman = flat
Tireman doesn't have a lot of time left. I'm sure he has a nice gig at Kearney lined up to make podcasts and help other companies with their layoffs.
Tireman has been relatively quiet lately. He has been hiding behind the scene which his generals are firing the shots. Wonder if he will be next to go after Monie.
The word going around my circle of contacts is Monish was flat out told, "you will never be CEO at 3M" right around the time Brown was chosen. His resume was being shopped around shortly afterwards.
I agree good riddance. The sooner all the GE/Welch acolytes are removed from leadership positions anywhere, the better.
Brown still has his marching orders from the board: Prepare 3M for a clean bankruptcy to dump debt/liability.
Fireman out by end 3q
Great, he can go destroy another company…
3M stock up 2% for the day when CFO driven out of 3M news is announced.
Wall Street gods are hence not much bothered and saying 🥂 at this news !
Bye Felicia
