Austin campus was locked down today similar to the last layoff which was the only time it's happened. That is, doors typically open are badge only and security stated it's a temp change.

The Austin layoffs already happen just a week back.. maybe aftermath of that.
Strongly doubt it…as long as our call volumes stay high, I doubt we’ll see the trigger pulled on major layoffs. A few dozen or hundred here and there with back office functions and specialty teams, but would be shocked if we started laying off those on the phones.
They probably just had an ex-employee or client make a threat to the campus so they badge-access lobbies and put out a BOLO.
It is a part of the effort of track who is in the office and following RTO guidelines.
