I was laid off in May was told the severance check would be coming on July 10th. I had assumed that MIP and PTO would be paid out at the same time. The bank statement for severance came in but it doesn't look like MIP or PTO was included in it. Anyone know how this works?

MDT’s final payout schedule depends upon which state you are in. PTO and MIP should be paid out immediately on your last day if you are in a state like CA.
Message the ER person who was part of your notification call. They should be managing this.

I know it's not the same, but when I resigned it took two pay periods to recieve my PTO. I would see if you can contact HR for your final paycheck.
MIP is paid 7/19, not sure if PTO is included, I'm still employed,, Sorry!
