what happens if there is an earnings call and no analyst shows up?

I would assume that they are so quiet because something has happened. I suspect either bankruptcy or the debt has been refinanced. I would think both have big enough implications that they have to wait to formally announce.
Would expect the next earnings call to be first or second week of August. Given how quiet leadership has been will be interesting to see if they have any news before then on the debt refi/BK or what they have to say on the call.
If no analysts show up, the stock automatically starts trading at $69,420 per share the next day per Nasdaq rules.
