My boss is similar but the women in Serbia are smart don't underestimate them. They know how they are treated and will take what they need and go when they want.

I disliked my manager, I couldn’t get past his brown nosing anyone above him, playing favourites, and going to train Serbians to take our jobs. He was such a loser he couldn’t find a women, so he brought a Serbian girl back and married her, he was more attractive when citizenship was part of the picture, I hope she snaked him.
This is an example of how things operate, I was terminated by this guy.
