What is this new drama of touting the everyday musical know-how with work or self-touted success at ExxonMobil? Why all these self-promoting gimmicks bringing meaningless connections of family, culture etc. to drown the fact that mid-level manager wannabes cannot provide intellectual, technical and meaningful contributions to the corporation or its real employee talent pool (instead of the fake brown noser pool).

Once one gets to a certain level in management, it’s how much one B$-es is what counts and not adding real value. Visit foreign countries, post for ground breaking ceremonies, post messages in social media, give talks at conferences - in effect, do a bunch of useless stuff.
