Consolidation "Restructure" continues. Xerox is currently auditing XBS core abundant staff. There is an redundancy within the regional cores. They have their eye on reducing OOG and call center staff. Expect reduction in force by end of summer.

SB and senior staff need a bonus for the fine job they are doing laying off the worker bees
Our core got rid of OOG department year ago, how is it they still exist elsewhere? HCL processes sales orders and relays communication.
I'm sure more layoffs are coming soon. Duplicate roles are first to go.

OOG employees only exist at XBS and are nothing more than an order processor. HCL will swallow those remaining, no need to overpay an order processor.
Call center staff are slowly being replaced with bots. Customers can place calls through various tools, Fleet Management Portal, online submission, email, etc
stock down, if you invested 40 million you would now have 10 Million......
