you will be getting the email on Monday. All hybrid work is over. You will be required to return to the office full time by September 16 or get fired. not laid off. fired. you will be evaluated by a third party consultant while you do your job. You will compete with others to keep your job. It's pucker time.

I know my location is not begging people to stay. Or if they are, such requests from the local level are being denied by sector/segment.

No more layoffs…SNC is snapping up currently employed L3H employees left and right since winning the Doomsday Contract…
L3H is now begging people to stay and not leave.
So many people have left L3H for SNC in last month and a half that it made up for the other 5% savings needed.

Yes, I think due to the current macroeconomics, it is highly likely to happen. Other bigger primes, such as NGC, recently let go of over 1k+ employees, and their financials are way stronger and more stable than L3s.

Rambeau is looking for cash. Not sure what the Q2 results will be, but if cash is still a problem, wouldn't we see more layoffs? Or rationalizing? Or whatever word makes them sleep better?

At IMS Live a few weeks back, a bandana wearing John Rambo assured us we (IMS) were right sized for the next 12 months. Then the standard disclaimer was added that site-local "labor actions" (what the f*ck..call it what it is, a layoff) could still happen.
